the beach

myrtle beach

Going to the beach in January is a must!  (though I can’t complain about the weather in SC cuz I haven’t seen an ounce of snow yet and it feels like spring) When we got the invite how could I resist. It’s the last year I don’t have any kids in school full time, must make the most of it.  And I’m glad we did.  The only rule was NO DAD’S ALLOWED!! So four of us braved the drive, four days with no husbands, and an insane amount of chaos. Loved (most) EVERY minute!!! Picture 398e

Highlights-

Staying up ‘til 2am every night. Dancing on the Wii. Getting “looks” from people when they saw the number of kids we had. eating LOTS and LOTS. I got stuck on the elevator for 25 minutes (I’m sure the minutes will go up the more I tell it). Alicia’s rear bouncing out the elevator doors for all (~6 people) to see. Projectile vomit. The Beach. Swimming pool. Lots of talking. Even more Laughing.

Just what I needed in January!

Thanks Alicia, Rachel, & Ryan

Glad to see my butt made it on your blog...pretty sure that gives me bragging rights!
Seriously, what a fun trip (minus the whole vomiting bit, but I'm a pro at forgetting whatever I want to so I can remember only the good stuff...=)

Can't wait to do it again!
